Positon : AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI
- Location: Pune / Onsite
- Experience: 9 years
- Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning models for large-scale generative AI applications..
- Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and implement solutions for real-world use cases..
- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and backend engineers to deploy intelligent features.
- Maintain model performance, conduct experiments, and improve accuracy through continuous training cycles.
- Integrate AI components into production systems using APIs and cloud services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
- 9+ years of software/ML development experience..
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML Ops practices.
- Excellent Communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with LLMs, vector databases, and cloud ML services.
Knowledge of REST APIs and data pipeline design.
